How do we get to the Vancouver International Boat Show?
See our directions page (under Show Info) for transportation information.
Where is Will Call (ticket drop-off and pick-up) located?
If an exhibitor is putting tickets on hold for you, you should ask if they are being left at the Will Call booth at the BC Place entrance or the Granville Island Maritime Market and Marina entrance.
Is there a show guide available?
Yes! It will be available at show entrances and information booths. It is FREE.

Where do I find more information when I get to the show?
An information kiosk will be located near the main entrance to the show at the new BC Place. The tent at the main entrance to Granville Island Maritime Market and Marina also serves as a source for information related to the show.
Are there bank machines?
Yes, there is a bank machine in BC Place.
Do you take credit cards and debit at the show's onsite box office?
Yes. Onsite ticket booths will accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and debit cards.
Are there additional fees for show features?
No. Your admission ticket includes all show attractions and features.
Are there childcare services?
No, we do not have supervised childcare services at the show. Note: there is FREE admission to the show for kids 16 years of age and under.
Where is the lost and found?
The lost and found is located in the show office on the main floor of the new BC Place.
Is the show accessible for those with special requirements?
BC Place has wheelchair services, accessible elevators, accessible restroom stalls, unisex restrooms to accommodate a guest with special requirements and their attendant or for families with young children, and varying height public telephones including a sit-down TTY unit. But please note that some exhibitor displays (including in-water displays at Granville Island Maritime Market and Marina) may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are not allowed in the building for public safety reasons. (Seeing eye or helper dogs are welcome.)
At a previous Vancouver Boat Show I took the test for my Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), but I have since lost my card. Can you help me?
We will do our best to assist you in locating the exhibitor who provided your PCOC so that you might get a replacement card. Contact Scott MacInnes at 604.678.8820 or smacinnes@canadianboatshows.com.
How can I keep up to date with what's happening at this year's show, and upcoming shows?
